Subconscious Mind Power

The subconscious mind is the part of our brain where many of our unconscious decisions and impressions are made. Psychologists recognize the subconscious mind as a source of creativity, intuitive thoughts and feelings, inspiration, and spiritual awakening. Many people believe that it is possible for an individual to use his or her conscious mind to make changes in their subconscious mind, which may translate into observable changes in the life of that individual. Simply put, if you want to have more (whether it’s money, job prospects, or other opportunities) you have to become more. Learning how to change the way you think and tap into the power of your subconscious mind may help you live a happier and more successful life.

A global awakening has been taking place. With more and more people becoming spiritually aware it is important to recognize what some of these signs and symptoms are so you can begin your process of enlightenment. So, how do you start on your path to life fulfillment? You begin with yourself. Now, you might be saying “well yeah, that’s obvious right?” but so many people make the mistake of learning a few techniques and thinking that the universe will begin to bend to their will and everything will start falling into place. While these strategies do work, it is important to remember that the right application has a huge effect on how well they work.

Starting with Yourself

The easiest way to begin understanding how spiritual awakening works is looking within. You must start by learning who you truly are, not how you think the world see’s you. You may think of yourself as a good person and you’re probably right, but you need to get to the root. What is it that makes you a good person? What is it that you love about yourself? Not what do you think other people love about you. Once you start answering these questions you can finally start seeing what it is that makes you so special and unique. Recognizing these qualities in yourself begins the process of self-love. It is only after this that you can truly appreciate and love yourself, which is important because how can you love others and really appreciate the world around you if you can’t even see the beauty of your own life? You’ll be amazed at how quickly your world will begin to transform from your new perspective.

Transforming the World

So, now you love yourself! Everything you do oozes confidence, you’re feeling happier than you’ve ever felt before. You’ve been born again as the new you, the “true” you. When you change your packaging and start showing the other person that’s been living within for so long the world it going to like what is see’s. And what happens when you like something you see? You want more of it of course! The universe now wants more of what you’re dishing out. Congratulations, keep feeding it and it won’t go away. The universe is not going to make it more difficult to get what it wants and believe me, you are it. In fact, it’s going to start making it easier. It needs to grow, it needs to expand and you’re a primary source of nutrition.

So, do not be resistant to the change. You really need to start feeling the “Flow”. Once you’re going with the flow there’s no stopping it. You’ve essentially become the snowball rolling down the hill at this point and neither you or the hill mind. Sticking with the snowball theme, think of each snowflake as another point of consciousness and the more you roll the more snowflakes you begin to pick up along the way. These other snowflakes now have the chance to be part of the snowball and take a new adventure they weren’t aware of. Your roll or your “flow” has affected them for the better. Before you know it, you’ve transformed the world. It only takes one to make a positive change for many. We are all connected whether we realize it or not so the more care and love you give yourself the more you give to the world.

Maintaining Through Meditation

Let me start by saying that meditation is not something you do. It is a state of being, the way you live, think, and feel. The practice of meditating can really be looked at as a practice of living focused, in a desirable state of peace and clarity. Along the path towards spiritual awakening it can sometimes be easy to lose your focus and stray. This is easily remedied by meditation and focus on living in this state. When you learn to focus and quiet your mind you are not only putting yourself in a state of relaxation, you are learning how to live free. Free from any worries or stresses that you think you might have. Free from pressures that you may have felt in your conscious life. It’s really about tapping in to that subconscious level in your mind and rewiring the way you interact with the world around you. You see, when you’re going about your day and your brain is on auto pilot, between the bits of conscious thought is your subconscious thoughts. These act as filler spots. It’s those thoughts you really don’t pay much attention to, that just seem to be on repeat. Seeing how we spend most of our time in this state its crucial to make sure that they are working to our benefit. So, learning to live with positive, feel good emotions in your focused state of meditation within your subconscious mind, transfers to your conscious self and shines through to your everyday life. We are guided by our subconscious mind more than we are not and considering we are what we think about, it’s a good idea to learn about ourselves through meditation and gain the mental clarity to help mold our spiritual selves into our physical beings.

We are all the residual outcome of our past thoughts and actions dictated by our subconscious minds. Stay true to yourself and your path will shine brightly before you.
